Concessions Committee

Coordinator (OPEN - Contact Robyn Lester)

Handles all aspects of concessions. Including, ordering needed supplies, stocking supplies, training volunteers to use equipment and correct open and close procedures. Works closely with team representatives to ensure adequate volunteers are available for concessions.

Apparel Committee

Coordinator's (Natalie Dautel - Sales, Stephanie Walker - Orders) 

Handles all aspects of apparel sales for Booster Club. Including, ordering and selling  the merchandise. Works with the AD to ensure adequate apparel choices and dates for selling.  

Cougar Pass Committee

Coordinator (Caryn McDaniel): 

Handles all aspects of the Cougar Pass for the year – includes ordering cards, selling at the beginning of each season, keeping a record  of current Pass holders. Passes are good for all home games for the entire year. Some exceptions apply. 

Fundraising Events Committee

Coordinator (Tamar Warren)

Responsible for organizing 1 Fundraising activity during the early spring. 

Corporate Sponsorship Committee

Coordinator (Amy Warren Dowdle): 

Responsible for maintaining communication with our sponsors and approaching new businesses, ordering, and displaying banners, delivering Cougar passes and invitations for hall of fame event.

Website Committee

Coordinator's (OPEN - Contact Robyn Lester)

Updates and maintains the Athletic Booster Club website via BoosterHub.

Social Media Committee

Coordinator's (Robyn Lester - posting, Jeris Livengood - graphic design)

Manages posts to the WFHS Athletic Booster Club social media accounts.

Scholarship Committee

Coordinator's (Caryn McDaniel and Carey Carpenter)

This committee oversee's the application and selection process for the WFHS Athletic Booster Club scholarship awards.

Hall of Fame Banquet Committee

Coordinator (OPEN POSITION): 

Responsible for working with the AD and Asst. AD to organize the Hall of Fame banquet. Organize venue, caterer, invitations, decorations.

Nominating Committee

Coordinator (Karen Henault):

Responsible for the introduction of slate of names for incoming officers and committee coordinators for presentation at the May meeting of General Membership. Works to assist with May meeting in passing out, collecting, and counting ballots. (Election of officers shall be at the Annual May meeting and new incoming officers will be installed at the conclusion of the June meeting.) Works as liaison to facilitate transfer of information from outgoing committee coordinators to new committee coordinators.

PTSA Liaison (OPEN POSITION):

Attends PTSA and Athletic Booster Club meetings and serves as a link between the two organizations.
